RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We take quality seriously. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will make it right. For all other situations, returns and exchanges are only accepted where stated below.

 

1) Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

 

If you receive an item that is damaged in transit, defective, or not what you ordered, please email us within 48 hours of delivery.

Your order number and item(s)

 

Clear photos (and, if possible, a short video) of the issue and the outer packaging

 

If approved, we will arrange a replacement or refund (subject to stock availability). Where the issue is ours, we will advise the return method and next steps.

 

2) Hygiene-sensitive products (LIANG YAN & TIMEREA items)

 

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges for beauty products that have been opened, used, or had their seal broken.

This policy sits alongside your rights under Singapore consumer protection laws. Singapore’s “Lemon Law” (under the Consumer Protection (Fair Trading) Act) provides remedies for goods that do not conform to the contract at the time of delivery, including repair, replacement, price reduction, or refund, with a 6-month period that is commonly referenced for claims and presumptions.

Returns and exchanges are strictly not accepted except in the instance that the item is damaged, faulty or incorrect upon receipt with supporting proof.

We aim to respond within 3 working days with the next steps. Refunds are processed within 14 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. The refund will be made to your original payment method. If your return is approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 30 working days after we receive and inspect the returned item. 4. Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we currently offer shipping to various countries across Asia, with more regions to be added soon. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by destination and will be calculated at checkout.
