RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Returns and exchanges are subject to the channel of purchase and their respective policies. For items purchased from ISEJUN, you may request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery.days of receipt, provided the item is unused, in original condition, and with all tags and packaging intact. 

 

Kindly note:

  • Return shipping is borne by the customer unless the item arrived damaged, faulty or incorrect.

  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If unavailable, we’ll issue store credit or a refund.



For items purchased from TIMEREA, kindly note:

  • For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges for opened or used beauty products.
  • However, we will gladly replace any item that arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect within 48 hours of delivery.

Our team will respond within 3 working days with further instructions. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 14 working days once we have received and inspected the returned item. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where the item was faulty or an incorrect product was sent.

You may return or exchange items purchased directly from ISEJUN within 7 days, provided they are unused, in original condition, and with all tags and packaging intact. Monogrammed or customised items are non-returnable unless defective.

 

2. How do I request a return or exchange?

Please email us at info@isejun.com.sg with your order details and the reason for return/exchange (include photographs if applicable). Our team will respond within 3 working days with next steps.

3. How long will my refund take?

Refunds are processed within 14 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. The refund will be made to your original payment method.

 

4. Do you offer exchanges?

Yes, exchanges are available if the item meets our return conditions. Please specify your preferred replacement in your request.

 

5. Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we currently offer shipping to various countries across Asia, with more regions to be added soon. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by destination and will be calculated at checkout.
